We are seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to support the Director of Learning and Student Experience. This position will support Moorlands’ vision to equip people, passionate about Jesus, to impact the church and the world. This is an opportunity to become part of the Moorlands College community, working alongside senior academic leaders of the College.

Successful candidates must have experience in facilitating and prioritising administrative support to an individual, along with competence in minute taking and preparing papers and agendas. Strong working knowledge of MS Office is essential. The role would suit a confident communicator, comfortable managing a variety of tasks and projects at any one time, and able to prioritise deadlines independently.

Knowledge of the higher education sector and theology would be an advantage when supporting students and staff, alongside experience of utilising databases and electronic systems to maximise efficiencies.

Salary: £9,683 pro rata (FTE £24,190 per annum)
